City rivals Internazionale and AC Milan look set for a January bidding war for AWOL Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez. (TalkSport)
The powerful striker remains in Argentina without his clubs permission and his days at City are most certainly numbered.
Roberto Mancini today admitted there is now no way back for the Argentine striker and according to reports in Italy, both Milan clubs hope to capitalise on the situation.
In the summer City valued Tevez at no less than £40 million, however following the recent controversy surrounding the striker it is now believed the club are ready to cut their losses.
AC are said to be offering a loan deal, with an option to sign Tevez for £25 million next summer. Inter are said to have made a similar offer of a loan deal, with the option to sign the striker for £20 million plus an Inter player in the summer.
Tevez’s high profile agent Kia Joorabchian is said to have already held talks with both clubs regarding a wage package, with the player’s wage demands set to be around the £4 million a year mark.
As his agent negotiates, Tevez remains in Argentina with his date of return currently unknown.
