Kvaratskhelia has agreed to personal terms with PSG ahead of the move. The 23-year-old winger is set to commit to a five-year contract with the Parisian club. The deal could ultimately cost PSG close to €80 million (£68m/$82m) when performance-based bonuses are factored in.
