The 24-year-old came on as a substitute in the 63rd minute and had an instant impact on the game. She contributed with two assists in the space of ten minutes as Chelsea handed a humiliating 8-0 defeat to Bristol City in the Women's Super League. Macario has now provided five assists in her first six WSL appearances for the Blues, thereby equalling the competition record after the same number of games set by Arsenal star Caitlin Foord, who achieved the feat in 2020.

Earlier in the day, Arsenal did Chelsea a huge favour as they beat Manchester City 2-1. Now with a thumping win over Bristol, Emma Hayes' side are right back in the title race and will now aim to go all the way by winning their remaining matches.
