The Eagles won 2-0 courtesy of goals from the versatile Ghanaian and Max Meyer, and the opener from Schlupp was a thing of beauty.
The 26 year-old picked up the ball on the left side of midfield, raced into the home side’s box and slammed his finish inside the far post.
