Wolves' injury woes show no sign of improving after it was confirmed that veteran defender Jody Craddock could be sidelined for another two months.
The 35-year-old has had a scan which has shown that the hip and thigh damage he sustained is worse than was initially feared.
"Jody's going to be out for quite a while – it could be six to eight weeks," confirmed boss Mick McCarthy.
"It's still his hip and thigh, it's been bothering him. He's had it scanned again and there's a tear in it.
"He's got to have some treatment on it but it's far worse than we thought. He won't be fit until after Christmas. It's a big blow for us and for him as well."
Craddock has already missed eight games after picking up the injury in last month's 1-1 draw against West Ham United.Subscribe to Football FanCast News Headlines by Email
