Enzo Fernandez has thanked former club River Plate after they sent personalised shirts to Chelsea team-mates Nicolas Jackson and Marc Cucurella.

River Plate appear to have recruited two more famous fans after sending shirts to Chelsea stars Jackson and Cucurella. Fernandez showed off the gifts from his former club on Instagram with the message: "Thank you very much River Plate. Here we have two more fans."

Jackson and Cucurella were back in the starting XI alongside Fernandez last time out as the Blues picked up a good 3-2 win over Newcastle in the Premier League on Monday night. Jackson was on target for Chelsea as he netted his 12th goal of the season for Mauricio Pochettino's men. Meanwhile, Cucurella was in the team for the first time since December.
